Quality Guides up to date!

Hi,

The Quality site is 100% up to date. In special, the "managing KDE
sources with subversion" [1] and "building KDE from source step by step"
[2] guides have been rewritten for svn, the new repository structure and
mpyne's kdesvn-build use, instead of kde-build. There are instructions
for building apps from extragear, kdereview and playground as well.

Testers welcome!

PS. How about adding it to the next dot.kde.org quickies? In special,
updated instructions to build apps from extragear do not seem to be
updated in other building guides, and even in the extragear apps
websites.
