Needed?? The Suggestion Box??

Suggestions have several possible advantages:

1.	They can be made by people that don't have the technical 	
	knowledge to write good a bug report.

2.	Since they do not take as much investment, it is more likely
	that users will make them.  For the same reason, users shouldn't
	have the same expectations.

3.	There is no feedback from the developers.  Users won't feel
	dissed.

And, IMHO there is no reason that a feature should be implemented just 
because one user suggests it.  And, I would hope that users would also 
realize that.
