First, I'll admit that I have not had the time to contribute to KDE as
much as I would like to as of late, but I would suggest that you check
this out: <http://developer.kde.org/>.  You might want to read through
the archives of some of the developer lists, and possibly take a look
at some of the bugs at bugs.kde.org as well.  Try writing up a patch
for a bug, and submit it to the bug at bugs.kde.org or send it to one
of the mailing lists.  Most of all, though, check out the site I've
listed above.
