while it's nice to have it available, i'm highly sceptical of relying on such 
a tool that has no guarantees of remaining available. it's a lot of work to 
get such a tool integrated with a project as big as kde so it would be good 
to know that we can rely on it always being there, which includes being able 
to keep it up to date ourselves if necessary.
