KDE Programming Guide

I have written a guide about designing KDE programs. I have detailed
various components such as DCOP, KConfig XT, and a few other things.
I'd like to submit this to the KDE Quality Project with the hope that
new KDE developers will find it useful. I'd appreciate suggestions and
feedback, positive and negative, as I'd like to continue to make it
better.
