KDEvibes in KDE

Dear KDE people,

I wanted to know if there are any plans on including the sound effects and 
jingles of my KDEvibes in KDE 3.3. 

I guess there are no such plans, but I'd like to know where to move so that 
the old KDE notification sounds get replaced at least in KDE 4. I really hope 
to help create THE new sound for KDE.

Also, as I understand, there are no planned support for sound themes in 
KControlCentre for 3.3, am I right?
