The best would be mailing the kde-artists mailing list and point the 
advantages of using the KDE Quality umbrella, like the support for new 
contributors (hey, not all artists are tech oriented people), the ease of 
finding tasks, the less technical howtos all concentrated in one place... I 
will mail them. They are very active these days.

BTW, I included kde-artists in the quality team home page...
