Yes, of course.
Especially kdepim HEAD is intended to work with kdelibs 3.2, so you can work 
with stable KDE and only use kdepim from HEAD. This will even help keeping 
kdepim work with KDE 3.2, which is the goal of the coming kdepim release :-)
