Hi,

And now here we go  with some concrete starting points:

KDE PIM:

Konqueror and Koffice need always help:
check out bugs.kde.org, check the documentation, write documentation, write 
howtos, compare the behaviour of the app to the docs and contact the 
developers and doc writers if something could be improved, ask the develoeprs 
if there are cool features which they think could need more publicity, check 
out the kde-usability mailing list and see if there are some results which 
should be communicated to the developers (this doesn't always happen), check 
your distribution whether KDE is install optimal and try to contact them if 
you find things which could be improved or features which aren't enabled, 
check bugs.kde.org for patches and contact the developers if they didn't 
respond to the patches, etc.
