My first troubles

Hey,

Ok, begin reading and trying to follow the lines but I get an error.

Location: http://developer.kde.org/source/anoncvs.html

I'm trying to cvs Kopete and execute it.
I'm using now Cervisia for downloading the CVS code module 
(kdenetwork/kopete). This works well.
I opened the project in Kdevelop, still no problem.
But then I tried to compile it but that won't work.
There is a file missing.
i tried it also with : make -f Makefile.cvs
(Makefile.cvs don't exist)

How can I get/make this file for this project?
