I agree. I already asked for inclusion in lists.kde.org, but with no success 
till now. For http://www.kde.org/mailinglists/ , I will send a patch to add 
it.

In fact, there are many places on kde.org where we could add more references 
to kde-quality, and the quality guides. I will work on that too, but first, I 
will finish the docs and whatsthis I am working on (strings freeze is 
close!).

After that, we can concentrate in bugs.
