Update konsole help file

Updating a little bit at a time is fine. If you haven't done much 
documentation work before, it would be a good idea to send a patch to 
kde-doc-english (more about this below), where we can check through it. If 
there are no major problems, then feel free to commit directly in the future.

You can find the mailing list at kde-doc-english at kde.org, and subscribe at 
http://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-doc-english. Please send questions 
and requests for help along to the list, rather than Lauri, since there will 
be more people available there to help.
