while there are some good items in your list, there are MANY more which are
either outside the scope of KDE or already implemented. some of these are
noted below; you may want to revise your list and then you will likely have a
small enough list that you can submit them via bugs.kde.org. if you think you
don't have the time to do so, then perhaps think of the mountains of time you
are asking others to commit to fulfilling your wishes =)

does K3B's DVD burning not work?

this, along with things like your request for better AA is not within the
scope of KDE but underlying layers of software such as the operating system
kernel and X Window.

lan:/, smb:/, nfs:/ etc.... already exist =) so consider this wish
pre-fullfilled ;-)

already supported in the screensaver.

kword imports PDF and provides these abilities. so.. done.

kpdf already supports this.

already done. print in any KDE app, select "Print to Fax" as your printer.

already possible, though it isn't a KDE trick =)

hey, and you can do just that! fonts:/, the fonts control panel, or just right
click go to Actions -> Install.

this is operating system specific. nothing for KDE to do here. fortunately all
top-tier Linux distributions provide this already.
