Swag and Developer Support Request for Nepal's Codefest -Hackathon 2026 Provincial Phase

My name is Aashutosh Devkota, and I am reaching out on behalf of Code for
Change Chitwan.

We are organizing the *Codefest 2026 Provincial Phase*, scheduled from *August
14 to 17* in Chitwan, Nepal. Codefest is one of Nepal’s largest national
hackathon initiatives, bringing together innovative students from across
the country to solve real-world challenges through technology.

This year’s event introduces separate competition tracks for *+2 and
Bachelor’s level students*, making the hackathon more inclusive and
accessible for young innovators. The hackathon is centered around the *United
Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)*, where participants will
build impactful technology solutions addressing both local and global
challenges.

Chitwan is also becoming a rising hub for technology, innovation, and
student-led developer communities in Nepal. Through Codefest 2026, we aim
to strengthen this growing ecosystem by giving students exposure to
industry tools, learning resources, mentorship, collaboration, and
real-world problem-solving opportunities.

*About Code for Change*

Code for Change is an open platform for learners to learn and for trainers
to share their knowledge. We are a community of young IT students and
professionals united under one roof to foster innovation, collaboration,
and technological advancement across Nepal.

We are not seeking financial sponsorship. Instead, we would like to explore
the possibility of receiving support such as *swag, stickers, merchandise,
developer credits, educational resources, product access, mentorship
sessions, workshop support, coupons, or other benefits* for our hackathon
participants and winners.

Such support would help students strengthen their technical skills,
continue building innovative projects beyond the hackathon, and gain
meaningful exposure to global developer tools and communities.

In return, we would be delighted to recognize your organization as a
supporting partner of Codefest 2026 through our event website, social media
platforms, promotional materials, participant communication, and other
branding opportunities.
