Promoting GnuPG support for Okular and addition to Gpg4win

As binary release for Linux. To start Okular with that you need to call the 
appimage with the parameter: "-c okular"

./gnupg-desktop-2.4.3-x86_64.AppImage -c okular

Still not really sure how to do that. I want to add a parameter at least to 
the AppImage so that it creates the corresponding .desktop files so that you 
have the option to use it as default for PDFs. On Windows this is done through 
the Windows registry. When you open a PDF for the the first time after 
installing Gpg4win it will ask you if you want to make Okular the default for 
PDFs and otherwise it is available through the "right click -> open with.." 
Menu.



Btw. I just added a quick hack [1] to modify the about data of Okular (see 
attached screenshot) to make it clear that we are not the upstream version of 
Okular. There was no discussion about the contents of this and there is no 
translation. It was just so that we can release, for the next version I hope 
to have a proper solution.

Sune is on vacation right now, when he is back he will continue working on 
Okular.
