I think I speak for most of us when I ask can we please use BBB instead? I
would personally prefer not to use Zoom for ethical reasons and also because
we have our own solution anyway. If the time is confirmed, I can ping Kenny
Coyle and make sure we have a BBB room recording at its highest capacity.

What resolution do you need for the feeds to look good in your video? I think
we can mange up to 720p for feed (but I have to confirm this). If you are
showing more than one feed at the same time, that should be plenty.

For the participants, when you join,

* make sure you do so from a location with high bandwidth,

* preferably use a wired connection

* and, when BBB asks you to pick your camera and the video quality, pick your
best camera the highest quality available

We can then test and, If the video our audio starts stuttering, we can always
adjust down a bit.

Cheers

Paul
