Me too: "Kprinter has stopped working - Unable to startchildprintprocess"

No further with this really. The pseudo printers work, but the "real"
printers do not. Is that a clue as to what might be causing the error?
If it were a permissions problem, what files/directories should I be
checking, that kdeprint needs in order to run?
