CUPS Printing

When I installed Fedora, I clicked on everything that had to do with 
CUPS.  I look in services and it says CUPS is running.  But when I goto 
Control Center and click on Peripherals and Printers, I get an error:
Unable to retrieve the printer list.  Error message recieved from Manager:

Connoection to CUPS server failed.  Check that the CUPS server is 
correctly installed and running.  Error the IPP request failed for an 
unknown reason.
