Query regarding printer

Dear sir,
        Iam using a HPLJ1320 laster printer.
	Iam unable to issue any print commands from my linux machines to the printer
	It shows the state as stopped (accepting jobs)
	When i give the lpq command it shows the status as 'HPLJ1320 not ready'
	nor iam unable to cancel the jobs.
	Iam using linux workstation with KDE desktop.
	Would you please say me what to do in this case.
	How do i solve this problem.
