Please start by looking at http://printing.kde.org/ and especially
http://docs.kde.org/stable/en/kdebase/kdeprint/ then please any further
questions you might have.

Hmm... if the bugs you specify are in the postscript rendering, kdeprint won't
be able to help with correcting these. But if the generated postscript is
correct, I don't see why kdeprint won't offer a good user interface for the
printing itself. Adding preview option might require some work, but you know
how the saying goes: "everything is possible" (especially in Free Software).
