As I said previously, kdeprint *has* the GUI frontend for those options.
What is missing is the code in the PPD parser to detect such options and
convert the current m_option object into to appropriate one (see
ppdloader.cpp). Currently, the PPD parser sticks to Boolean, PickOne and
PickMany.
