I am missing something in the kprinter dialog very badly: "Scale to Page Size" check box. Would you please consider adding it.

It would solve my problem (when printing my address book from web.de, every page creates two pages with a few lines on top of the second page). I have found the scale-to-page-size option _very_ useful in many situations in my old Windows-days, and I miss it badly now when I am all Linux and KDE.
