Strange printing problem

Hello people,

after upgrading to KDE 3.2.1 I've found all really strange and anoying problem 
in KDE printing module. From all KDE applications printing only produces 
blank sheets. Printing to files ( ps or pdf ) seems to work ( I can open 
viewing these files using ghostview or acroread ). 
Printing from Non-KDE-Apps directly to cups works correct.

The CUPS logs in debug mode does not show any error messages, but invoking 
kprinter from console issues the following message:

kprinter: WARNING: KFilterBase::findFilterByExtension : no filter found for 
text/plain

I'm using CUPS 1.1.18 and ESP Ghostscript 7.05.5.
