This is a hardware issue.  Look for help at:

	http://linuxprinting.org/

and their mailing lists.

If you can get a GhostScript device and a SANE backend for the machine, 
then it will work with KDE.

Unfortunately, it isn't listed.

There *is* a project for HP combination devices:

	http://hpoj.sourceforge.net/

But I am afraid that unless you combination device is HP compatible that it 
is currently in the doorstop category as far as Linux is concerned.
