CUPS printing and faxing problem (resend-2)

Hi Michael, 

This is a standalone workstation.  

Re-tried;
Switched on the printer and rebooted the PC

# ps aux | grep cupsd
root      1322  0.0  0.1  3728  564 pts/2    S    10:20   0:00 grep
cupsd

# lpstat -r
scheduler is running
