The changes have been commited to CVS (HEAD and 3.1 branch). I tested
your PPD file, and it looks good now: by default, the margins are
(pixel values, 72dpi):
	left/right: 10
	top: 9
	bottom: 36
which looks OK if you do rounding to the nearest integer. Tell me
if you would like me to send a patch anyway (if you're not using
KDE-CVS for example).
