HTML image printing does not work (KDE 3.1.0)

If I were you I would upgrade CUPS and/or ghostscript. Indeed, the file
you sent me cannot be viewed on your system, but I can view it without
any problem using ghostscript-7.00. My guess is that the PS generated
by Qt/khtml is correct, but can trigger a bug in your quite old
PS interpreter.
