Understanding the export printer driver feature

The GUI to export printer driver is designed for the previous
mechanism where the Adobe PS driver was used. Now, the CUPS team
have developed their own PS driver under Windows such that
Adobe files are not needed anymore, however the KDEPrint GUI
hasn't been modified yet.
