IMHO there is a usability problem here. The printing dialog includes two
settings, the Cups printing settings in Properties->Advanced, and the Qt
Printing options in Options. The Qt Printing Options override the Cups options
in any case, which is very confusing.

To fix this, in the GUI, both option menus should be in sync to prevent
"surprising" outcomes. That means, that on startup the Qt Printing Options
should reflect the Cups printing settings (if duplex is the default in cups, it
should be the default in Qt). If I change a setting in the advanced cups
dialog, Qt should reflect that immediately. If I change a setting in Qt, the
advanced dialog should also show that (but not necessarily change the default
setting in cups without asking the user first).
