Its been over a year since this bug was raised, and its votes now not only make
it the most-hated KDE print bug, but it is also in the top 20 of all most-hated
KDE bugs. Its clear that from the user point of view, this has some urgency to
it, yet I struggle to find any activity at either KDE or Qt that indicates that
this is receiving active developer attention.

Thanks for the suggestive patches, but does anyone have any ideas how this
awareness can be achieved at kde-print/QT since doing the proper thing of
filing a bug and voting for it does not seem to work.
