it now says Open Source software.
i've also gone thorugh and simplified the preamble quite a bit and touched up
several grammatical and spelling errors that were in there. i'd really like
to see something like this be officially published by the KDE community of
creators as i think it is would be an important aide in keeping and
attracting third party developers.
