An own module or in one of the kdeextragear modules. I would say that only 
very large applications should use a module of their own. 

I would put the treshold at `find . -name '*.c*' | wc` > 500 . In english that  
reads "As a rough guideline, programs consisting of more than 500 source 
files should use a CVS module of their own."
