So that was quick, they confirmed they are fine with the date with the most 
votes.

If you wish to attend, please book your week-end of May 6-7. We plan for 
people arriving through out the Friday and starting to move back home somewhen 
during the Sunday afternoon.

I'm sorting out the last details then I'll create a wiki page with details of 
the venue and hotel advice.
