September/October KDE PIM summary blog post

Hey,

the last two months I only managed to prepare stuff. 

I started to try to fix https://bugs.kde.org/439958 unfortuantely this bug is 
not that reproducale as I thought so I need to put more time the next months.

Additionally I did some refactoring in order to support the Autocrypt-Draft-
State header (https://autocrypt.org/level1.html#id92) soon.

Handle the communication with security at kde.org about:
https://bugs.kde.org/423423
https://bugs.kde.org/423424
to handle them as CVEs.
