Are IncidenceEditor's CategoryDialog, CategoryEditDialog, and CategorySelectDialog unused?

or  https://codesearch.debian.net to search all Debian sources.

ACK they are not used. Btw. if you search for more history for those files you 
need the kdepim/kdepimlibs repo (currently only available on github):

Yes I would say so. It seems like they got are replaced with 
Akonadi::TagSelectionDialog and Akonadi::TagManagementDialog
