License clarification in kpimtextedit

Hi Torgny,

The kpimtextedit repository has a license issue in a file you added. 
autotests/textutilstest.cpp states the file is LGPL-2.0-only or LGPL-3.0-only 
but also contains an e.V. clause only meant to be used in GPL files.

Do you agree if I change:
« or, at the discretion of KDE e.V. ( which shall act as a proxy as in section 
14 of the GPLv3 ), any later version. »

to:
« or any later version accepted by the membership of KDE e.V. (or its
successor approved by the membership of KDE e.V.), which shall
act as a proxy defined in Section 6 of version 3 of the license. »
