Is there something specific you would like to work on? We do have some "good 
first issue" tasks, not all of them related strictly to Akonadi here: https://
phabricator.kde.org/tag/kde_pim_junior_jobs/ and all tasks https://
phabricator.kde.org/project/view/34/
