D24081: RFC: Add common type resolving for Restaurants, Hotels, Events, also target URL handling

  The type mapping has been added now, and the assumptions about the top-level objects always being Reservation types has been removed. So all that should be left here after rebasing on latest master should be filterActionTarget(), which can go in as-is.
