D24081: RFC: Add common type resolving for Restaurants, Hotels, Events, also target URL handling

REVISION SUMMARY
  There's a tonne of specific restaurant, hotel, event types but we mostly care about the parent type "FoodEstablishment", "LodgingBusiness", "Event".
  
  Also, `target` can be an array of `EntryPoint` which specify different entry points depending on platform. To hide this from the API user, the appropriate platform (e.g. desktop) is chosen automatically

TEST PLAN
  Just a crude patch to have something working as inspiration for something proper :)
