Reverting R490:abfdd65f0c85: Use URLs in multiget requests as returned by the Server for Kolab users

Hi,

coincidentally, I've recently looked into this a little, trying to see what
the RFC says and other DAV clients do....

I slightly changed the patch from the Phabricator review and with the changes
applied it worked fine for Nextcloud, Mailbox.org and Gmail DAV and even with a
recent version of Kolab/iRony.

Knowing that KDAB uses a rather ancient version of Kolab and that the issue
has been fixed in a newer version of Kolab, I'd agree that we should rather
make it possible for our users to sync with all kinds of modern services and
applications and call the old version of Kolab unsupported - I know it will
break calendar access for kdabians, but then again, you guys are the only ones
with access to this ancient version, so you will have to figure out some way to
make the code work for this version, too, without breaking compatibility for
everyone else...

/Dan
