ktimetracker/edittaskdialog.{cpp,h} license

Hi Thorsten,

I'm working on a Qt5/KF5 port of KTimeTracker (for source code see
branch master in https://cgit.kde.org/ktimetracker.git/ )

Back in 2019, you rewrote the files edittaskdialog.h,
edittaskdialog.cpp, edittaskdialog.ui [1] of KTimeTracker source code
and left them without license information. Could you please relicense
to something GPL-compatible?

To new files written by me I apply the license "GPL version 2 or
version 3 or later versions approved by the membership of KDE e.V."
which is recommended by
https://community.kde.org/Policies/Licensing_Policy , see for example
[2].


If you agree to relicense your files edittaskdialog.* under
GPL2-or-3-or-KDEeV, just let me know, I will then add the appropriate
license headers into the files.
