kde-pim mailing list's public archive is dead

Hi,

I tried to check e-mail archives for this mailing list and read recent
discussions, so I went to
https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-pim . This page points to
two archives:
 1. External which only has emails older than October 2018 (stopped updating?)
 2. Internal which is empty.

CCing Ben to check if it would be possible to enable internal archives.
