Kontact website

Hi folks,

an update on the progress: I got some feedback over the past month or two from 
the awesome promo and VDG teams, which I have incorporated to the website. I 
also ported it from being a bunch of HTML files to Jekyll (yay for markdown).

Since we don't think there's much more to improve, I filed a ticket with 
sysadmins today to create a proper repository for the website and deploy the 
website on kontact.kde.org and kontact.org domains. 

I'll ask the promo team to help us promote the website on social networks once 
it goes live.
