cleanup licenses - kmime

Hey,

I'm currently packaginig kdepim 17.12 for Debian and thought, that we maybe 
cleanup a little bit the licenses in the repos, it is not about errors. But 
for me it looks like things done by accident. Let's start with kmime: Most of 
the files are LGPL2+, but some files are only LGPL2 only:

Files: autotests/attachmenttest.*
       autotests/rfc2047test.*
       autotests/utiltest.*
Copyright: 2006-2015, Volker Krause <vkrause at kde.org>
License: LGPL-2

Files: autotests/rfc2231test.*
Copyright: 2010, Leo Franchi <lfranchi at kde.org>
License: LGPL-2

it would be great if you could relicense those files under LGPL2+, than all 
files have the same license.
