  Akonadi will automatically create all missing tables, columns, and indices on start if they are missing - so the question is not why you did not have the column, but how is it possible that the revision 35 upgrade was executed on your system, if you did not have the commit that introduced it (which was also https://phabricator.kde.org/R165:8593828811942c105a17576f6169eb851cd47e4d)
