MessageViewer plugin ABI change

Hi!

[you can ignore this if you are not frequently building from master]

Due to a limitation in automoc/cmake moc is not re-run on plugins if the only 
change is an external version bump in the plugin interface. If you are 
affected by this you will see some attachment content (in particular vcard and 
ical) as syntax-highlighted text rather than rendered properly. The solution 
to this is forcing a moc re-run in kdepim-addons/plugins/messageviewer/ (ie. 
by running 'make clean' in that folder before rebuilding).

Said version bump has been necessary to avoid the obsolete xdiff messageviewer 
plugin from crashing KMail.
