Bugzilla: new kmail2 component "message viewer"?

Bugzilla allows you to view bugs from multiple components at once, so a
new "message viewer" component wouldn't restrict you in any way.

Please note that there's already the "message list" component, which is
also UI related, so in order to view all UI related bugs, you already
have to select multiple components as it is now. There's also the
"folders" component, which mostly captures folder list related bugs.

And finally, there's the "general" component, where most of the new bugs
are placed. Since noone put much effort in keeping the PIM bug trackers
clean in ages, lots of UI related bugs are in "general" anyway, which
makes filtering for them impossible. I put quite some effort into fixing
this, and as I said, the requested component would help me in this
regard.

So the new component would help me, and restrict noone else... right?
