now this should be fixed. Everything is installed in KPim namespace.

started now with the easy tests for data classes (DavUrl, DavItem and 
DavCollection) and have one for DavItemFetchJob in pipeline.

CI is now available for KDAV and is shown in the KDE_PIM tab.
