  @dvratil Hi, I did a quick mockup, it misses a lot of KMail widgets like the filter and buttons but I hope you get the ideas:

  - folders grouped by account in tabs
  - in thread view don't repeat the object for each reply
  - profile pictures in thread view (from Gravatar & Co)
  - in the thread view each reply has a preview line of the content to quickly find the message you are looking for
  - the reply area is under the mail view (in the mockup there aren't the controls, as I said above)
