D7547: Re-open current message when leaving offline mode

REVISION SUMMARY
  When a user opens a message and gets the "You are offline" or "Account is offline" message, they click the "Go online" button and they are redirected to the KMail welcome page, which does not make much sense. Instead, we now reload the currently selected message, so that it's retrieved from the backend (which is now online) and displayed right away.
